What we collect

If you write to us through the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, and message, plus a company name and role if you choose to share them.

The site also records basic, anonymous usage measurements (page views, general region, device type) through Vercel Analytics. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build visitor profiles.

How we use it

To reply to you, and, if a conversation develops, to prepare for it. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.

Who touches it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Resend (our email provider) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf under their own security practices. Beyond that, your information stays inside 323 Capital.

Confidential conversations

Discussions about a potential sale of your business are held in confidence as a matter of practice, and we are glad to formalize that with an NDA before any detailed exchange.

Retention and questions

We keep correspondence for as long as it stays relevant to a live or potential conversation, and delete it on request.
